Anoop K.T. is a visionary leader with over 16 years of experience in cross-functional roles, including CX-level leadership, strategy, project management, business development, operations and facilities management. An engineer-turned-senior executive, he brings a rare blend of technical depth and strategic acumen to his C-level roles.

He is the Co-Founder of Arghaman LLP and formerly served as the CEO of Thanal, a nationally established NGO driving scalable social impact. He is also a registered Independent Director under the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs. Anoop is known for transforming people-driven establishments into system- and process-led, digital-first organizations.

As part of his profession, he frequently appears as a speaker or moderator at events, seminars and conferences. He actively consults businesses, often focusing on leadership training, and volunteers as a mentor for startups. For two consecutive years he participated in a customer testimonial campaign for Zoho Books, where his photo was displayed across cities in Kerala.

CEO - Thanal: Anoop spearheaded a complete organizational transformation, shifting the foundation from a people-driven model to a system- and process-led, digital-first entity. Key achievements include scaling the NGO national footprint to 22 states, managing an annual spend of over 150cr, running 22 national-level programmes and providing daily support to 300,000 beneficiaries, alongside partnerships with international and government bodies such as Harvard and the WHO. The Kerala Disability Festival 2026, co-organized by Anoop and a coalition of 30+ NGOs led by Thanal Daya, transformed Kozhikode beach into a dignity-centred hub for inclusive dialogue and expression.

Prize Health Care: A Section 8 not-for-profit company that faced operational and financial challenges three years ago. Through strategic leadership Anoop built a competent, motivated team and transitioned the organization to a process- and system-driven model, resulting in three consecutive profitable years with strong financial discipline, operational efficiency and mission alignment.

ULCCS - UL Cyberpark: A seasoned engineering professional with over a decade of experience in infrastructure development, project management and organizational structuring. He formerly led the Engineering Division at UL Cyber Park, the flagship IT infrastructure project of ULCCS, recognized as the world second-largest labour cooperative - establishing key departments, implementing quality systems, managing procurement and delivering landmark projects.
