Anoop K.T. is a visionary leader with over 15 years of experience in cross-functional roles, including CX-level leadership, Strategy, project management, business development, operations, and facilities management. An engineer-turned-senior executive, he brings a rare blend of technical depth and strategic acumen to his C-level roles.
He is the Co-Founder of Arghaman LLP and currently serves as the CEO of Thanal, a nationally established NGO driving scalable social impact. He is also a registered Independent Director under Indian Institute of Coroperate Affairs. Anoop is known for transforming people-driven establishments into system- and process-led, digital-first organizations.

CEO – Thanal
As the CEO of Thanal, a nationally recognized NGO, Anoop KT spearheaded a complete organizational transformation, shifting the foundation from a people-driven model to a system- and process-led, digital-first entity. Key achievements include scaling the NGO’s national footprint to 21 states, managing an annual spend of over $150cr, and providing daily support to 250,000 beneficiaries. Expanded Thanal’s presence to 22 states, running 22 national-level programs and reaching 3 lakh beneficiaries a day.
Thanl secured and managed key projects, partnered with international and government bodies like the WHO.
The Kerala Disability Festival 2026, co-organized by Anoop KT and a coalition of 30+ NGOs led by Thanal Daya, transformed Kozhikode beach into a dignity-centered hub for inclusive dialogue and expression. This rights-based event successfully demonstrated how meaningful inclusion can be designed and lived through collaborative community action.

A Section 8 not-for-profit company, at a critical juncture three years ago, when it was facing operational and financial challenges. Through strategic leadership, built a competent and motivated team, and transitioned the organization to a process- and system-driven model.

A seasoned engineering professional with over a decade of experience in infrastructure development, project management, and organizational structuring. Formerly led the Engineering Division at UL Cyber Park, the flagship IT infrastructure project of ULCCS (Uralungal Labour Contract Cooperative Society) — recognized as the world’s second-largest labour cooperative.
