Low-Code ERP Revolution: He replaced traditional, rigid ERP systems and manual spreadsheets with a custom-built digital ecosystem (using Zoho Creator). This allowed him to manage 100+ business processes—including HR, finance, and task tracking—from a single dashboard.
Inventory Intelligence: He developed a system that tracks every single raw ingredient for over 2,800 unique scent combinations. This “intelligence module” uses seasonal sales data to automatically forecast stock needs for each of the 38+ showrooms, preventing wastage.
The “Phygital” Experience: Rayhan digitalized the in-store experience by allowing customers to create fusions and get names engraved via a seamless digital interface, which is then synced with their online profile for easy re-ordering.
